TIP OF THIS WEEK
THESE ARE HOT DAYS. SO, TAKE MORE AND MORE WATER WITHIN THE DAY. DON'T TAKE WATER IN HURRY. TAKE IT SLOWLY. AT LEAST 8 GLASSES WATER SHOULD BE IN YOUR DAILY ROUTINE. YOU CAN ALSO USE GLUCOSE WITH WATER.
