Mohan Ke Tips (Fat to Fit)

If you want to reduce and shape your arms so this exercise for "You".It calls "Reverse Dips".If you are doing this exercise at "Home",take chair or bench than keep your hand edge on the chair than  bend your knee and keep tight your stomach than go down  than come up slowly now,do 12 to 15 reps without rest for beginners,increase your reps weekly and do this  exercise three times in a week 3 to 4 set.It exercise to target your "Triceps"area and with my tip control your diet also for good result.Do it and see result in a month.Make yourself fit and Healthy.This tip from "Iron Blast" gym Delhi,written by Mohan Kumar.
