TIPS OF THIS WEEK

FOR WEIGHT GAIN-
MANGO SHAKE IS GOOD FOR WEIGHT GAIN.
FOR WEIGHT LOSS-
TAKE WATERMELON TWICE A DAY. IT CONTAINS HIGH AMOUNT OF WATER AND IT IS LOW IN CALORIES. IT IS VERY GOOD FOR WEIGHT REDUCING.
